Include precise collection and delivery instructions. This should cover building names, unit numbers, floor levels, and any time constraints.
If the collection point (e.g. a warehouse) requires proof of purchase, a purchase order, or any other supporting document, please forward it by replying to the invoice email you’ll receive after submitting your request.
You’ll receive an invoice via email once your request is submitted. Please make payment using the details provided in that email, and send your proof of payment as a reply.
Once your proof of payment is received, we will reply to your invoice email confirming that a courier has been deployed
Our driver will carry a digital copy of the Proof of Delivery document to be signed at both collection and delivery points. A signed copy will then be emailed to you as confirmation.
At AmiaGo, we use A4-size paper boxes as a reference to help you easily visualize packaging sizes.
AmiaGO operates on a same-day delivery basis. To ensure successful delivery, clear collection and drop-off time instructions should be provided when necessary. If no times are specified and the sender or recipient is unavailable, AmiaGO cannot be held responsible.A new delivery fee will apply for any rescheduled service.
